Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Right now, our original temporary tattoos (available in 6-pack or 25-pack bundles) are open for wholesale consideration.

If you’re interested, send us an email with the products you’re eyeing and the quantities you’re looking for. We’ll get back to you with the details!

When will my order ship?

Most items ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the product.

Some pieces are made just for you once your order is placed, while others are packed and shipped directly from our studio. Each product page includes specific delivery info, but if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Most orders include tracking, and you’ll receive an email with the details as soon as your order ships. The only exception is our free shipping items, which are typically sent via economy mail and may not include tracking. If you’re unsure or can’t find your tracking email, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Great question, but first, thank you for your order! Some of our products are made and shipped by trusted print partners we work with around the world, while others are packed and shipped directly from our studio by Alexis (with a little help from Ollie and Boots).

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping back to the Good Things studio.

For more information, view our policy page, here.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Orders over $20 are often shipped with insurance. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or is lost in transit, or damaged during transit, I’m happy to help file a claim.

Please note:

  • Carriers require a waiting period before a claim can be submitted (typically 20 days from shipment date for domestic orders).
  • To proceed with a refund or replacement, you may be required to complete a short affidavit confirming the package was not received.
  • Claims are handled through the shipping carrier or insurance provider (e.g., Shipsurance or USPS), and their approval is required before I can issue a replacement or refund.

I know this process isn’t fun, but it helps protect both of us from lost or stolen packages 💛

All About Good Things

Who runs this shop?

That’s me! I’m Alexis... designer, creative, and all-around Boss Lady of Good Things. My assistants are two pups: Ollie, our soft-hearted Support Coordinator, and Boots, our sassy Engagement Specialist.

Where can I find you online?

We hang out most on Instagram (@hellogoodthings). Come say hi!

Can I share your products on social media?

Oh absolutely. We LOVE seeing our goodies out in the wild! Tag us @hellogoodthings so we can share the love (and probably squeal a little).

Do you have a physical store?

Not right now, but we hope to pop up at local craft fairs and markets around the Tacoma and Olympia, Washington areas soon. Follow us on Instagram for updates!

How do the temporary tattoos work?

Our temporary tattoos typically last 2–5 days, depending on placement and wear. For best results, apply to areas with less friction like the arms, wrists, shoulders, or ankles—and avoid spots that rub against clothing or get washed often.

They’re water-resistant (not fully waterproof), so showers are totally fine, but frequent swimming or soaking may shorten their lifespan.

Ready to remove? Just use baby oil, coconut oil, or rubbing alcohol and gently rub—it’ll come right off.

Why does your shop look empty?

Some of our products aren’t available in every country due to shipping and production limitations with our print partners. If you’re browsing from outside the U.S., you may see fewer items—or none at all—because only internationally eligible products are shown in your region.

We’re working on expanding availability, but in the meantime, try switching your shipping location (if possible) to see the full catalog.
