Returns
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damages, Issues & Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out right away if something isn’t right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, I’m happy to help file a claim.
If the shipment is insured, please note:
- Carriers may require a waiting period before claims (typically ~20 days for domestic orders)
- You may need to complete a short affidavit confirming non-receipt
- Claims must be approved by the carrier or insurance provider before a refund or replacement is issued

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Digital downloads
- Made-to-order / print-on-demand items
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Made-to-Order & Custom Made for You
All made-to-order items are created just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll take care of it.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return an eligible item and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must still be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
(Custom and made-to-order items may be exempt where permitted.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.
