Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Made-to-order items may take a bit longer depending on production.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Shipping Methods & Tracking
Some items that ship free may be sent via USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage and may have limited or no tracking available.

If tracking is included, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.


Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please reach out.

If the shipment is insured, please note:

  • Carriers may require a waiting period before claims (typically ~20 days for domestic orders)
  • You may need to complete a short affidavit confirming non-receipt
  • Claims must be approved by the carrier or insurance provider before a refund or replacement is issued

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
